The correct key for your Porsche generation
Porsche keys have changed across generations and vehicle access systems. A remote’s shape alone is not enough to identify a compatible key. Send the model year, version and a photo of the current key so we can identify the replacement required.
Preparing a Cayenne or Macan request
Include the full model and year. For a 911, add the version if you know it. For a Boxster or Cayman, include 718 where applicable. Tell us whether a key still starts the vehicle so we can quote for a spare or an all-keys-lost replacement.
What do you need?
A spare Porsche key. Keep a backup or give a second driver their own key. Bring the vehicle and all available keys to your appointment.
All keys lost. Call with the model, year and vehicle location. We will confirm the replacement options and whether mobile service is available before arranging the job.
A damaged key or remote. Send a clear photo and tell us what no longer works. We will assess whether a repair or replacement is the right option.
